Development Team to Break Ground on Columbia Medical Complex

BALTIMORE-The Voelkel Family Trust and Kinsley Properties, based in York, Pennsylvania, are expecting to start construction next week on a medical office complex in Columbia.

BALTIMORE-The Voelkel Family Trust and Kinsley Properties, based in York, Pennsylvania, are expecting to start construction next week on a medical office complex in Columbia. The two-building complex, named Waterloo Crossing, will be built at 5890-5900 Waterloo Road.

The 66,000-square-foot complex will include a drive-through entry canopy and medical office features. Colliers International will manage leasing. The development team is planning to complete construction on the medical complex by summer 2013. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
