ALBANY-FingerPaint Marketing Inc. will occupy the old Borders bookstore in Saratoga Springs, New York. The advertising and marketing agency has leased the 25,000-square-foot bookstore for 10 years. It will move into the new location early next year.
The lease deal also includes the parking area behind the building. FingerPaint is planning to lease the entire parking lot to charitable groups to raise money. Buffalo-based Myron M. Hunt Inc. is the owner of the property. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
