CAMBRIDGE, MA-Biopharmaceutical company, Merrimack Pharmaceuticals has inked a lease renewal and extension at One Kendall Square located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Terms of the lease were not revealed. As per the long-term lease, Merrimack has increased its leasing space to 109,312 square feet through the addition of another 25,000 square feet. Beal Cos. is the owner of the building.
