NEW YORK CITY-On Deck Capital has leased the entire 25th floor space measuring 20,354 square feet at 1400 Broadway for 11 years. The average asking rent for the space was in the low-$50s per square foot. In the lease, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Erik Harris, Neil Rubin, and Scott Klau negotiated for the Times Square South tower owned by Malkin Properties, while the tenant was represented by Paul Ippolito, also with Newmark.
