CINCINNATI-Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC has provided approximately $75 million in loans for seven multifamily properties in Ohio and Texas. The company provided the loan to a Cincinnati-based owner for refinancing five apartment communities in Texas and two properties in Ohio.

The Texas properties include Canyon Creek Apartments, Summit at Midtown Apartments and Woodbridge Apartments in Dallas; and Gateway Place Apartments and The Boulders Apartments in Garland.
