PHILADELPHIA-Sophia's Heritage Collection and Shire Pharmaceutical have signed lease deals totaling 12,000 square feet at the Three Tun Business Center, a 32,500-square-foot building in Malvern, Pennsylvania. RedGo Development Co. is the owner of the office/flex building situated at Route 352 and Route 30.
Sophia's Heritage and Shire has taken 6,000 square feet each at the building. Animal Critical Care and Specialty Group Inc. has pre-leased the 21,000-square-foot 40 Three Tun Road from RedGo. The building is currently under construction. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
