
ORLANDO-Dallas-based Stratford Land and Orlando-based Boyd Development Corporation have officially broken ground on a new $750-million to $1-billion community at the junction of New Independence Parkway and State Road 429 in West Orange County. The mater-planned community, called Hamlin, will accommodate lake-oriented retail centers, medical buildings, offices and institutional spaces as well as single-family and multifamily homes.
