CHICAGO-San Francisco-based Specialty's Cafe & Bakery Inc. is planning to open an eatery in the Inland Steel building at 30 W. Monroe St. in the Loop. The company has reached a contract to lease nearly 6,000 square feet of space in the office building.

The Commission on Chicago Landmarks has to approve the company's plans for the restaurant. This will be the third location in Chicago for Specialty's. The Inland Steel building is owned by New York-based Capital Properties LLC. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
