LOS ANGELES-PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's US member firm, PwC US has leased a 135,000-square-foot space at 601 S. Figueroa for 15 years. As per the deal, the accounting firm will occupy six floors of the 52-story office building situated in May 2013. Brookfield Office Properties is the owner of the office tower located at Figueroa Street and Wilshire Boulevard.
