FORT Worth-Houston-based Spec's Wines, Spirits and Finer Foods is opening a new location in Fort Worth.

FORT Worth-Houston-based Spec's Wines, Spirits and Finer Foods is opening a new location in Fort Worth. The retailer has signed a lease for 55,800 square feet of space in the Cityview Centre Shopping Center located at 4720 Bryant Irvin Road. An affiliate of Dallas-based Retail Plazas Inc. owns the retail center.

Jody Detmore of SFP Brokerage and Jeff Brand with Brand Capital Partners represented the tenant, while Venture Commercial's Michael Dearden and Christopher Gibbons represented the landlord in the deal. For the full story, go to Fort Worth Business Press .
