Stiles to Develop Grocery-Anchored Centers in Carolinas

CHARLOTTE, NC-Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles has formed a joint venture with Charlotte, North Carolina-based Levine Properties to develop grocery-anchored retail centers in the Carolinas.

CHARLOTTE, NC-Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles has formed a joint venture with Charlotte, North Carolina-based Levine Properties to develop grocery-anchored retail centers in the Carolinas. Stiles and Levine partnered with Harris Land Co. to develop the first project, Ballantyne Town Center, in the Ballantyne community.

The new Publix-anchored shopping center will come up at Johnston Road and Providence Road West. The project is expected to be completed in early 2014. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
