WINTER PARK, FL-WKMG Local 6 reported that city commissioners have approved a 204-unit condo complex on an empty parcel on West Canton Avenue. Commissioners approved the planning and zoning changes to bring the new four-story complex to the city near Winter Park Village.

Local business owners appreciated the proposed plan for a 204-unit complex, but other businesspeople in the area are worried about the availability of parking space. However, the project will also include a four-story parking garage. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
