NEW YORK CITY-Casserole Labs is leaving a SoHo office building for a space in the Vinegar Hill area of Brooklyn's Dumbo. The firm has leased 4,500 square feet on the third floor of 231 Front St. for five years. Asking rent was $32 per square foot.
