HUNTSVILLE, AL-Corporate Office Properties Trust is planning to expand its construction pipeline to 1.25 million square feet from 987,800 square feet following a number of lease deals in Huntsville. The Columbia-based REIT has inked three lease deals totaling 363,000 square feet at Redstone Gateway in Huntsville.
COPT has scheduled to build Redstone Gateway, an office complex, in three phases in the coming 15 to 20 years. The REIT did not release the identity of the new tenants. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
