NEW YORK CITY-Perry Ellis International is expanding and consolidating its women's brands at 530 Seventh Ave. The company has converted two subleases totaling 39,000 square feet into direct leases and signed a new direct lease for 18,500 square feet at the Savitt Partners-owned building to house its Rafaella division.
