ALBANY-Bill Socha, president of Socha Management, will start construction on a $10-million mixed-use project in Glenville, New York. He is negotiating with several potential tenants to take up space in the 60,000-square-foot structure.
The three-story residential, office and retail building will come on Route 50, near Socha Plaza. It will feature 5 luxury apartments and 12 corporate apartments. The plans were unanimously approved by the Glenville Planning and Zoning Commission. Construction is scheduled to be finished in late 2013 or early 2014.
