HOUSTON-Cambridge International is reviving plans for construction of a multipurpose facility near the Texas Medical Center. The 1-million-square-foot project, estimated at $150 million, is scheduled to begin next year and it will take two years to get completed.

The building will comprise residential and Class A office as well as retail components. The lead architect is Houston-based Wali & Associates Inc. The project was planned a few years ago, but it was put on hold due to economic downturn. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
