MIAMI-According to Daily Business Review, Holland & Knight has inked a lease renewal for seven years with an extension option for six years in Miami's Brickell region. As per the deal, the legal firm will occupy a 98,000-square-foot space on five floors of the building situated at 701 Brickell Avenue. This lease makes the firm the second-largest tenant of the building.
