Lemko Moves HQ to 1 Pierce Place in Itasca

ITASCA, IL-Lemko Corp. has relocated its headquarters from Schaumburg to Itasca.

ITASCA, IL-Lemko Corp. has relocated its headquarters from Schaumburg to Itasca. The wireless networking firm has leased 22,347 square feet of office space at 1 Pierce Place in Hamilton Lakes from Boston-based Long Wharf Real Estate Partners LLC. The new space at the 578,737-square-foot building has room for growth.

Lemko previously occupied 20,551 square feet at 1700 E. Golf Road. Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. brokers Gregg Raus, Jim Rose and Mark Kolar represented the tenant in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
