ALBANY-The investors who developed the 312-unit Ellsworth Commons in Malta, New York, are under contract to purchase land near the computer chip plant of GlobalFoundries for more apartments. Albany Partners LLC is planning to purchase nearly 41 acres of land in the Park Place at Malta development near Stonebreak Road and Route 9.
