John Lewis Opens First Flexible Format Department Store

PLYMOUTH, UK-John Lewis, a chain of upmarket department stores, has opened its first flexible format store in the Sidwell Street city centre site of The Crown Estate and Land Securities in Exeter.

PLYMOUTH, UK-John Lewis, a chain of upmarket department stores, has opened its first flexible format store in the Sidwell Street city centre site of The Crown Estate and Land Securities in Exeter. The new shop will occupy 110,000 square feet.

The new John Lewis shop is situated on the former Debenhams building site. The Crown Estate and Land Securities are working along with the City Council to redevelop an existing bus station site in Exeter into retail and leisure accommodations. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
