JACKSONVILLE, FL-Jacksonville Beach-based LandSouth Construction has started construction on Lost Lake Apartments, a 280-unit apartment complex in Jacksonville. The $21-million project is coming up at the southwest corner of Southside and J. Turner Butler boulevards.

The 18-acre site property will include 19 buildings with 280 apartments, an 18,000-square-foot clubhouse along with a fitness center, an indoor basketball court, a spa and a cyber cafe. Construction is expected to be completed in Q4 2013. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
