ELK GROVE, CA-A new affordable senior housing community will be officially opened in Elk Grove on Wednesday. The new community, called Vintage at Laguna II, is located at 9204 Big Horn Boulevard. It features 69 single- and double-bedroom apartments for seniors.
The development, which provided 55 construction jobs and 22 permanent payrolls, is situated beside two e-tran bus stops. The city provided $5.6 million in financing for the project. The community meets energy-efficiency standards. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
