SIMPSONVILLE, KY-The Triple S Planning Commission may approve on Tuesday a second outlet center in Simpsonville. The Sentinel News reported that officials from Trio Property Management and Paragon Outlets Development have met with a solicitor hired by adjacent property owners to discuss issues related to the project.
The commission will discuss and probably make a zoning change request for a 400,000-square-foot mall on an 80-acre parcel of land situated on the east side of Buck Creek Road and the south side of Interstate 64. For the full story, go to Louisville Business First .
