INDIANAPOLIS-Spartan Logistics is expanding its operations by adding a warehouse facility measuring 130,000 square feet in Indianapolis. The new facility will be the Columbus-based logistics company's second in Indiana and eighth in the US.

Spartan Logistics will open the new facility in two phases. The first phase, which includes 30,000 square feet, is expected to be opened by the end of this month and 100,000 square feet will be opened by January.
