GREENSBORO, NC-BB&T Corporation, based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, will lease the former call center of American Express in Greensboro. The bank has subleased the 390,000-square-foot building at 7701 Airport Center Drive for seven years.
BB&T has plans to create a new office at the Greensboro building to handle back office and administrative tasks and create nearly 1,700 jobs in the next five years.
