
CHICAGO-Golub & Co.'s proposal for a 39-story residential tower at the southeast corner of State and Ninth streets will be considered by the Chicago Plan Commission at a meeting on Thursday. The Chicago-based developer has inked an agreement to purchase the city-owned property for approximately $6 million.
