NEW YORK CITY-Stark Business Solutions is expanding its office space at One Grand Central Place. The firm has leased 12,715 square feet at the 1.3-million-square-foot building at 60 E. 42nd St. from W&H Properties. The asking rent for the 10-year deal was $59 per square foot.
Stark Business, which already has 25,447 square feet at the 55-story building, take occupy the 40th floor in early November. The tenant was represented by Goldschmidt & Associates and the landlord was represented by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
