DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-CA Immo, which has sold land parcels with approval for residential project, is building the first office structure in the BelsenPark quarter in Dusseldorf's Oberkassel district. The company is constructing the five-story Belmundo building, which will offer 107,639 square feet of leasable space.

The building will also include a two-level underground parking area. It is already 70% pre-leased. The total investment volume of the project is just over EUR 30 million. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
