WASHINGTON, DC-The General Services Administration has signed a 294,000-square-foot lease renewal at 1800 G St. NW as an effort to consolidate four federal agencies. The agencies include the Executive Office of the President and the departments of Veterans Affairs, Justice and State. In the deal, the agency was represented by GSA Realty Specialist Michaela Garcia and GSA Contracting Officer Lisa Richmond, while Steve Soloman and Steve Lustgarten brokered for the owner, Blake Real Estate Co. Inc.
