SAN DIEGO-Owner Protea Properties is about to complete the first phase of a $30-million renovation of Flower Hill Promenade at 2720 Via de la Valle in Carmel Valley. A CorePower yoga studio and the restaurant chain Chipotle recently opened at the retail center and a number of new tenants, including a Whole Foods store, are arriving in the coming months.
