
NEW YORK CITY-A Jones Lang LaSalle team has been hired by Centurion Realty and Sitt Asset Management to sell a 162,000-square-foot Times Square South building at 240 W. 40th Street. The team consists of Jon Caplan, Scott Latham, Ron Cohen and Richard Baxter. Donna Karan, a fashion company owned by LVMH, is the sole tenant of the 13-story building, which is expected to fetch a price of $70 million.
