Harrah's Rincon Casino and Resort to Get $150M Expansion

SAN DIEGO-The Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians is planning to break ground on a $150-million extension of Harrah's Rincon Casino and Resort in Valley Center on October 29.

SAN DIEGO-The Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians is planning to break ground on a $150-million extension of Harrah's Rincon Casino and Resort in Valley Center on October 29. The project will include a 403-room hotel tower, a new lobby lounge, an entertainment and convention center, a new indoor/outdoor Mexican restaurant, expansion of the pool venue and additional parking.

The project will produce nearly 650 construction jobs and 125 new jobs after opening. The existing Harrah's Rincon has 662 rooms. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
