
SAN DIEGO-The Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians is planning to break ground on a $150-million extension of Harrah's Rincon Casino and Resort in Valley Center on October 29. The project will include a 403-room hotel tower, a new lobby lounge, an entertainment and convention center, a new indoor/outdoor Mexican restaurant, expansion of the pool venue and additional parking.
