LONDON-Land Securities will start the redevelopment of the old Kingsgate House on Victoria Street next month. Lynch Architects has designed the scheme, which will comprise two new buildings.
The scheme will include The Zig Zag Building, a 14-story, 190,000-square-foot office building and the 12-story residential building, Kings Gate, with 100 apartments.
