
NASHVILLE-A local developer is preparing to develop a 70-unit apartment complex at the corner of McFerrin Avenue and Main Street. Adam Leibowitz, who is heading a group of local investors, has agreed to purchase a two-acre parcel at 909 Main St.
The four-story midrise project, which is expected begin early next, will comprise 22 town-home style apartments. The total cost of the development, including the parcel, will be approximately $7.4 million. The project is scheduled to be completed by fall 2013.
