COVENTRY, UK-Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. has inked a lease agreement with Prologis to take a 1-million-square-foot distribution facility at the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT II). The distribution center will allow the tenant to develop national distribution operations in a rail-connected facility.

Prologis is expecting to start the site work in early 2013 and will complete the facility in autumn 2014. In the deal, Sainsbury's was advised by Cushman & Wakefield, and Prologis was represented by Burbage Realty and Jones Lang LaSalle. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
