UNION CITY, CA-Sealed Air Corp. is relocating from a 118,000-square-foot facility in Hayward to a smaller space in Union City. The company has signed a lease for 38,000 square feet at 2877 Volpey Way in Alvarado Business Park.
In Union City, Sealed Air will maintain storage as well as distribution operations. In the lease transaction the tenant was represented by Todd Severson from Colliers International's Oakland and the landlord was represented by Sean Sabarese and Greig Lagomarsino, also from Colliers.
