LONDON-Ticketmaster UK has signed a 12-year lease for 47,700 square feet at 10-4 Pentonville Road in London.

LONDON-Ticketmaster UK has signed a 12-year lease for 47,700 square feet at 10-4 Pentonville Road in London. The company leased the office space from Derwent London. It will occupy the five upper floors of 10 Pentonville Road and all of 4 Pentonville Road.

Ticketmaster will pay GBP 1.9 million per year as rent. Glinsman Weller represented Ticketmaster, while Jones Lang LaSalle and Hatton Real Estate advised Derwent London in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
