LONDON-The Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP), a Joint Venture between Schroders and Legal & General Property, has pre-leased an 80,000-square-foot store on a site situated on the north of Bracknell's town centre. Marks & Spencer will have a two-level store on the site for 25 years.
The new M&S store will be located beside the Waitrose store. In the lease transaction, BRP was advised by Lunson Mitchenall and CBRE, while M&S was advised by CBRE. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
