Three Apartment Projects to Come Up in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE-Three different developers are planning to start construction on three apartment projects in Milwaukee.

MILWAUKEE-Three different developers are planning to start construction on three apartment projects in Milwaukee. Milwaukee-based Dermond Property Investments is making progress with a 36-unit building at 1601 N. Jackson St. Elan Peltz of Blackwatch '68 has started work on a 14-unit building at 1530 N. Jackson.

Milwaukee-based Dominion Properties LLC will start construction on a 20-unit apartment at 1509 N. Jackson. The Blackwatch and Dermond buildings will open in spring 2013, while the Dominion building will open in summer 2013. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
