LONDON-Pret a Manger is opening a new shop in a prominent spot in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The sandwich shop operator has inked a lease for 15 years with Marchmont Investment Management for 3,673 square feet at 121-123 Mount Pleasant.

The sandwich shop chain will pay GBP 100,000 as annual rent. CB Richard Ellis advised Pret a Manger and GCW advised Marchmont Investment Management in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
