SHEFFIELD, UK-CBRE Global Investors has closed one of the largest warehouse leases in Thorne, Doncaster.

SHEFFIELD, UK-CBRE Global Investors has closed one of the largest warehouse leases in Thorne, Doncaster. CDS (Superstores International Ltd), a retailer doing business as The Range, has signed a full repairing and insuring lease for 20 years to occupy a 750,431-square-foot warehouse at Nimbus Park.

The fully fitted facility is situated beside the M18 on the north side of Doncaster. The fit out includes sprinklers, heating, lighting, racking and amenity facilities. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
