NEW YORK CITY-Andrei Dellos' Maison Dellos Group, based in Moscow, will bring a new restaurant to West 14th Street in January. Called Manon, the Maison Dellos Group's new project will occupy 19,740 square feet on four floors at 407 W. 14th St.
Asking rent for the 15-year deal is nearly $1 million. Norman Bobrow and David Tordjman of Norman Bobrow and Co. represented Maison Dellos, while Greg Tannor and Sloane Rhulen of CBRE represented the estate of William Gottlieb, the landlord. For the full story, go to New York Post .
