
HOUSTON-OliverMcMillan LLC, based in California, is planning to start construction on a $275-million mixed-use project in Houston early next year. The project, called River Oaks District, will comprise 650,000 square feet of retail, office and residential space.
The project will be built at Westcreek Lane and will include 278 residential units, 270,000 square feet of retail space and 99,000 square feet of office space.
