DALLAS-Developer Mike Sarimsakci has unveiled the renovation plan for a historic building at 500 S. Ervay in an official groundbreaking ceremony. The $55 million worth redevelopment will feature 250 residential units, a Hilton-branded hotel comprising 200 rooms, and 21,000 square feet of retail, event and restaurant space. Construction started on the project in this month.
