FRANKFURT-Alpha Industrial, a logistics real estate specialist, and Deutsche Post, a postal and logistics group are realizing a big investment on the German logistics market. They are building a 430,556-square-foot logistics facility in Obertshausen.
The new facility, which will be built on a 1,506,947-square-foot property, will serve the DAX Corporation. The excavation work will start this year and is expected to be completed by the end of 2013.
