KANSAS CITY, MO-Landwhite Developers LLC has received a $20.5 million loan to redevelop an eight-story iconic building located at 323 W. Eighth Street in downtown Kansas City into a $25.9 million loft-style apartment complex comprising 130 units. The structure will also feature a ground-level retail space. Love Funding assisted the developer to receive the loan via the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development loan insurance program.
