WESTBOROUGH, MA-Joyce & Partners' Richards Barry has negotiated six leases at Westboro Executive Park in Westborough on behalf of the landlord, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC. Around 42,598 square feet of area was leased to tenants including USTA New England, TransCanada Corp., Schiller LLC, Res/Title, Orasys and Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston.
