HOUSTON-Cadence McShane Construction Company has been selected by Liberty Property Trust to build a new 163,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center at 16330 Central Green Blvd in the Central Green Business Park. The LEED-CS registered facility named Liberty 10 at Central Green will be built on a 25-acre site in the park.
The single-story building will feature a 160,600-square-foot warehouse space, a 3,000-square-foot office space, a 214-vehicle parking lot, 47 truck docks, and an ESFR sprinkler system.
