
NEW YORK CITY-According to sources, UBS is negotiating a lease renewal for its approximately 700,000-square-foot office space at 1285 Sixth Avenue for another five years. The Swiss bank's current lease will expire in 2015. In the deal, a team headed by Robert Alexander from CBRE Group Inc. is representing the tenant, while a Jones Lang LaSalle team headed by Peter Riguardi is representing the landlord, AXA-Equitable.
